If that sort of thing happens, then call the police. They might not be able to do much at first, but if the problems carry on and they get more complaints about those people then they should start to take things seriously.

I don't know which country your from, but in Britain if problems like that persist, then you can try to get an ASBO (anti-social behaviour order) against them. Meaning that if they do anything like that again, then they can be removed from the area.

I can sypathise with you. My dad's house is jioned onto won that was bought by someone to rent out. Lots of people came and went, most of whom did a runner after smashing the place up. There was this one couple with two young kids, the kids were alright, I felt sorry for them. The parents were always getting drunk, fightining, screaming and smashing things in the middle of the night. The neighbour on the other side of them tried to compliain by going to see them and was threatened by the bloke with one of those "decorative" samauri swords that you can get in places like Glasgow. The neighbour called the police, but they couldn't find and had no proof.  After being carted away several times by the police for drunken and disorderly behaviour. The landlord gave them notice. They decided to do a runner with some of the furniture in the middle of the night, and smashed the rest of the place up. When then landlord took down some damaged fixed wall units, he found the sword had been hidden down behind them. I think after that, he was a bit more carefull who he rented the place to.
