If you want to be extremly nasty get a frequency generator. Plug it into a hi power amp and start dialing frequencies. There are some that will make people sick, give them headaches, affect the stomach and bowels. I have done this. One frequency that will cut through any noise and cannot be filtered is 3500Hz.
