There IS a way to make and edit .rsr pictures. I invented a little trick to do this a while back: 1.)download the converter. (click the link above). 2.)use it to convert your .rsr to a .pict file 3.)PSP or PS will open .pict files. Make any changes you like to the picture. 4.)use the converter program to convert the .pict file back to an .rsr file. I wasn't sure how I did this. So I had to go back and double check.
