There's two versions of She Freak. The old version used a new .obj file, with the rigging tweaked, and has some bits and pieces of clothing still available from various sources. As part of the Unimesh range, V3 morphs are usable. But the actual figure is no longer available, and DAZ 3D seem to have withdrawn the old clothing sets. The new She Freak is a set of morphs for V3. which is arguably more flexible, but needs new clothing. I have used one of the morphs with Aiko 3, without the result looking silly. PhilC's Wardrobe Wizard programme explicitly supports the original She Freak. The new She Freak is a morphed V3, and so also supported. I don't know much about the other clothing conversion programmes, but Wardrobe Wizard is good at fitting clothing to morphed versions of any supported figure. One of the withdrawn clothing sets for the original She-Freak had a definitely Xena-esque feel to it. In many ways, that figure felt a more realistic woman than the standard V3 figure, not some skin, bomne, and silicone, Hollywood bimbo. Yeah, I'm still grumpy over the way DAZ handled the whole business.
