And stop lying. That's more annoying than the whining in the first place. You meant what you wrote in the first post. You didn't go to the effort of starting the 3,437th thread on the subject simply as "a joke."

If you don't feel welcome here, I am sure it has a lot more to do with your own behavior than anyone else's. Everyone answered your post, which is pretty much the purpose of a public message board. If you don't like the answers, that's fine, but don't get all hissy simply because people don't agree with your POV.

Leaving comments "to get comments" isn't really the point that was made. It's pretty much accepted that people go to each other's galleries when those people come to theirs. It's a give and take. It's not shallow, it's [i]courtesy[/i]. People have limited time to look at the galleries. I know, at best, I will look at a couple of pages of new images at a time, tops. That's when I even make it there. Usually the only images I see are people who I have added to my favorites list. Some of those people have commented on mine in the past. Some are those that helped me out in the forums. Some are those I heard about through the grapevine. That's just the way it works. If you don't like it, I don't know how to make you feel better about that.
