you're gonna have to be a bit more specific with the problem you are having!!! as i can't understand from what you have written,as to what the problem actually is!! when you use dynamic clothing you have to make sure you have fitted it right(with absolutely no poke through anywhere) then you have to drap it on the figure(making sure to make it collide with the figure) you will have to drape for on average 25-30 frames prior to animating the figure!! if you have done all this,and got your figure to the start of your animation with no hiccups!!, then you are good to go!! for the animation from start pose to finsh pose,you will need to go back into the cloth room(uncheck the draping setting) and run the dynamic calculation again for the whole of your animation!! also whilst draping the cloth!, if you had to adjust the pose from the default pose,to make to cloth fit!!, be sure to UNCHECK the start from default pose option!!!!

 basically you need to run a short animation for the draping process (30 frames should do it) end that animation with the pose you are starting your animation with!! save that!!, do your animation,then go back to cloth room ,UNCHECK draping,then recalculate dynamic cloth for the duration of your animation!!(choreographed option) hope that helps some,but from what you wrote,i'm not sure what problems you are having!!! happy to help more if you are more specific!!!
