Tunde, in truth I suspect my "holy grail" photo will be one totally unexpected, surprising me by being there when I am actually prepared to make the shot and do it well. That will be mine.

I do have one image in thought, in thought for about a year now.  This is a "studio" shot, considering the studio would be the part of my driveway where I park my old Toyota truck.  The photo will be nothing more than a wonderful rendering of an art arrangement.   I have thought out the props, the lighting, the model...all over and over again.  To do it will mean a work of art in my driveway, for the moment needed to take the shot correctly with the precise lighting needed.  This will be controversial to some viewers...to other it will perhaps be a peek at their soul on a confused search for religion.  My religious views are firm but that does not keep me from exploration of the thoughts of others and the choices of life they face when seeking something they do not yet understand.  That in a nutshell is the theme...now to some day put the art together so it IS art and then with in another art, photograph so the thought is conveyed fully and powerfully...that is one "grail" in my thought, though not perhaps the "holy grail".            Tom.

thanks for the very interesting thread! : )
