1.  I will have to check on this with Tommy for you as I'm not sure this is something that we can bring over from the old side but will ask.

2. We won't show this on the "Homepage" unless the member decides to put it there themself. The real name is only on the profile page and its up to each person if they want to put their real name in their homepage bio.
