Ya know he's right about one thing. We don't touch bases with politics enough with art 'round cheer. Perhaps we should do a monthly challenge or two based on politics once and a while . . . But then I'd hate for him to go running around the room screeming and yelling and pulling out his hair because someone doesn't agree with him politically.

Jerry Brown used to do a daily  on Pacifica as well; too bad that one's not still up. (another extreme example)
