I found the webmaster's e-mail from one of his readmes for his products sold here at RMP.  the e-mail domain matches his website, so he's still 'live".

I sent him sitemail message, but don't know if he logs in much over here anymore.  

He's probably getting a ton of email messages from the Japanese members already, so I'll give him some peace to fix the problem, and maybe contact him after a few days by direct e-mail.
