Well I must say that if you only used Poser and Shade,that is quite good.
I would have assumed you used Mimic or something for lip sync
Looks like your getting a good grasp of key-framing
Did you use another program to splice clips together and sync the audio? (Premiere maybe?)
Most video/audio editing applications like "Premiere" will enable you to lay down the background sound/music on one track and the dialog audio on another track giving you the ability to set different levels for the tracks at different times.
If you are getting serious about this (And it looks like you are) a good Video/Audio editing program is going to be essential for you.
