'rosity needs an interface architect. It's a bit like they come up with features they thought up along the way going "oh thats cool lets do that too" but the more features they make the more the pace gets cluttered with links to features all over the place.

What they should do is make a list of all the features and all the things one can link to. Then brainstorm about how to name then, how to organize them, rate them on importance (which mostly depends on the frequency of use.) It doesnt matter if they let every staff member look at it and give ideas, u can never have too many ideas in the brainstorming phase.

Finally they should put someone who has a decent clue about interface design look at the ideas and destilate a format that allows to access the most important features at just a single mouse click. Then other important grouped features should be accessible through listboxes (like for instance the forum listboxes we had on the old site) or things like that. Finally only the secondary features should be allowed 2 clicks, away. Oh, and try to prevent make things more then 2 page refreshings away, where the 2nd page refresh should show u the feature that you were looking for.

The market place can be considered a seperate site. Forums and galleries and such should be considered the same site as the homepage. (This for counting clicks 'n stuff to get to places as suggested by me above)
