Hi TMT, Yes, they do have phone support. That's how I've worked with them in the past. But I believe it's Mon.-Fri. Digging through the cobwebs of my mind thinking about your issue. Have you changed the name of the folder that Poser is in? I do remember something like that biting folks a couple of times. I've trying to track down the TransPoser read-me that I thought addressed little "gotcha's" like that but haven't found it yet. Mark
