Anyway...If you need to work on a specific area of your image (Lips in this example).
Zoom in on it with the Zoom tool.then select "Window > Documents > New Window".
This will essentially launch a duplicate of your image.
Now select Window > Documents > Tile"
Now you can work on the zoomed in area,and see it updated in the new window at regular size.
This helps to keep from zooming in,then out to check how your edit is turning out.
I'm sure most Paint programs have a similar feature but this is how I use it in PhotoShop.
Just thought I'd throw it out there.
