Glad to help drag[](http://www.hawkfyr.com/rft/index.html)I think the most important thing in PhotoShop to get a handle on at first is "Layers"
I put everything on a separate layer and learned to organize them in to groups and "NAME THEM"
If everything is on it's own layer, you have so much more control and flexibility over your image.
Don't like something?..just change it's layer while leaving everything else alone.
Plus it gives more control over how things are blended together.
This link is to a website I'm designing (It's very much a Work In Progress at this stage)
Just this one page has 60 layers. organized in to 5 groups.
It would quickly become unwieldy if they were not grouped and named.
Layers, Layers, Layers.
