Make Human used to be a script for Blender, but now it is a stand-alone application. I'm not sure about the problems you are having of not being able to uninstall it. Similar problems with other, non-related applications usually get fixed by reinstalling the app then uninstalling it from the Add/remove programs thingy (if your in windows).
