Figure 3:
1 - Reduce the Opacity of your Path Layer to 10%
2 - Flatten your image (little right arrow on your Layers Palette - Flatten Image).
3 - Mode>Indexed (or Greyscale - your choice).
4 - Save as a BMP under a new name.
