PhilC will continue to support his existing customers who bought PuppetMaster. Since e-frontier now owns PuppetMaster, people who buy it now, will get support from e-frontier.
I set up Rikishi because I really like him. His PuppetMaster 'dat' files will be a freebie in a store near you soon. And, a freebie is a freebie! I don't care who downloads it - e-frontier customers, or PhilC customers. If you bought Rikishi and PuppetMaster, from anyone, you can download it and enjoy Rikishi vastly enlarged posing repertoire.
I don't foresee myself doing a lot of figure setup work in the future, since I gave PuppetMaster up for adoption, and it's e-frontiers product now. But if you are eager to have a particular figure supported and don't want to wait, you could always set it up yourself, using tools provided in the software.
Wardrobe Wizard is a totally separate product, and will continue on business as usual.
