True, but in lots of cases the tubes that are given away are created from someone's art.  I was guilty of doing that before I wised up and came to see that it was wrong to take someone's art, crop out the background so I could isolate part of the image and then offer that part up as a "tube" on my site.  There are still lots of sites around that offer such "tubes". Perhaps those are the kinds of tubes that were used.  Without seeing the images, I don't know.

I offer Poser tubes on my site that I don't require credit back for, and I know others like Outlaw by Design also offer free Poser tubes for people to use.
