thanks folks. and yeah bean is ok :) she just had the time of her life during the move back up north, since she was surrounded with her favorite things: cardboard, wrapping paper and plastic bags. i havent unpacked my TV yet (TV isnt much of a priority for either of us) so right now shes stretched out loafing on a giant TV box. does anyone elses cat lick plastic bags? its this new thing shes started lately. heaven forbid  theres a plastic bag somewhere in the bedroom ill wake up to the creepy raspy sound of her licking the plastic. she eats spiderwebs too -- shell go out on the deck and eat all of the spiderwebs, then come in with them all over her face.

as for rebuilding the SPCA, im sure they had insurance. it wont replace all of the animals though :(
