Support for products is provided by each individual vendor at Renderosity. If we are not able to obtain support the product will be removed from the MarketPlace and refund will be issued for your purchase.

 

Thank you for the reassurance, Clint. I have no doubt that Renderosity will make good on the financial aspect. I'm just a little perturbed that it appears to be up to me to track down the vendor.
