What I do is try to get at least three views of the person, front, side and 3/4. With those in hand (sometimes used as a background in poser) I use the standard morphs to tweak and play with the face. Sit back and see what it can't do. I then go to morph world and download anyhing that sounds promising to fix what isn't there. Tweak some more ... then if that doesn't do it I use magnets and make morphs to finish it ...
