A skin painting tutorial for postwork.  I'm looking for something that will help me create images such as Rogue Element's pieces (for example).  I can find tons of tuts about painting hair, but none that show how to achieve a similar skin effect to Rogue Element's 'Might' ( http://www.renderosity.com/mod/gallery/index.php?image_id=908224 ) image.  Obviously I'm not expecting to be up to that standard straight away, but it'd be nice to have something so I can get a foothold....

Can anyone help?

You might want to try http://www.deviantart.com  If you check out Resources/Photoshop tuts you are bound to find something, there are tons of them there :)
