Hi all;

I have 2 questions..

1: how can you slice up a primitive into pieces? I want to make a pyramid (courtesy of Joe Kurz) fall from the sky in pieces then go back together when it hits the ground.. I have a good idea of the animate part..not just the cutting it up part..

2: how can you put panoramic view in the poser window and make it pan behind a model?

I am using both Pro Pack and Poser 5

Thanks

  1. cut up the pyramid using the grouping tool (see geep's tutorials), spawn props, hide original pyramid, then move props as needed. 2. the experts will tell ya how to do this in p5, but I would just add it as a background video track in a video editor.

By the way, what would you suggest I use to edit the video background, aside from Adobe..I do not have Adobe stuff.. what I want is a movie in a movie I guess..

one animation foreground (the actor) and the background doing the panning thing :o)

someone said Sony Vegas can do it..not sure though
