Juat go to "Tools" - "Internet Options" when the window comes up click on the security tabe and choose "restricted sites" (LOOKS LIKE A DO NOT ENTER SIGN). look down the list for "free webs, selcet it and choose "remove" downloads will work fine after that. For some reason this happens to about 5-10% of teh people using IE. Why I have no idea. I have not heared of any one having a problem with any of the content of my site so it realy should never get on the list in the first place but it does happen.
