Yeah, try Pixel Samples 3 or 4 (I lean towards 4)
Might want to also try Min Shading Rate 0.02 (is that 0,02 for your version?)
1 Gig RAM? - Increase your Bucket Size to 64 or 96 to speed up rendering.
