This is the number one question I get asked. Most of those images use IFS-Barnsley+Jock III in jock.ufm. Some use tweaked barnsley formulas from eg kpk.ufm or tma2.ufm. To make it 3d you must combine the UF outputs with a 3d program like Bryce or Cinema 4D (which I use). There are ways to make it look 3d using pure UF but a true 3d package is much nicer IMHO.
