One more thing, thouhg... if you're referring to the james figure that comes up at the beginning - that's listed as JameCasual - it's a figure that comes pre-dressed, with all the items there combined as one figure. This means that you can't take off his sweater, for example, and replace it with something else.

Delete the figure that appears upon opening the program, and then go to the figures menu, and bring in a James figure (either regular or hi-res, depending on your preference).
