Another small tip:

If you get fed up with having to delete James (or whoever) every time you start up Poser, do the following:

Start Poser.
Delete any figures.
Go to Menu->Edit->Preferences, select "Launch to Preferred State", then hit "Set Preferred State".

Close Poser.

Next time you open Poser you'll have a blank screen, ready for whatever you want to do.
Not only that, it'll load faster.
(Note re: "Load Faster". Poser always loads faster if you just close it then re-open it, 'cos it caches lots of stuff. I'm referring to a faster "virgin" load, after a re-boot of the PC.... No need to load a figure + textures...)
