To use the Freak (and all DAZ INJ morphs) you have to go to the appropriate INJ folder in the Pose folder in Poser, and load the morph information in with the INJ file.

Say you want to use the hdOgre morph for the Freak. The default installation position of that morph is Runtime:Libraries:Pose:!FreakMorphINJ. With the Freak selected you'd load the morph INJ file, then select the Freak's head and there you'd find the morph available.
