The Face Camera at default is too close for comfort (as are all the cameras at default, by the way). You are definitely getting some distortion of the proportions of the face as a result. Take the camera out to 70-100mm, which is the standard setting for a portrait shot, and then "step back" until you can see her face completely. You'll see the difference immediately. The Hand cameras are also at closeup distances and should be reset to around 100mm, though their placement doesn't create the visual jar that the Face Camera does. Most of the rest of the cameras should be at 55mm or "backed off" too. To understand the problem, imagine getting close enough to someone, with a camera mounted with a standard 55mm lens, that their face would fill the screen. If they exhaled, your lens would fog.

Probably what made the lips look too full... :)
