Click the link given above.  In the 2 spaces to the left, type in your user name (top blank space), and password (bottom blank space), click the button below.  You will know if you have successfully login because you will be taken a  page that of a different colour with a red heart on it.

Once you click the download, don't wait for it to start on it's own. Click the button on the next page to start the download.

Also, I found that I had to turn off my firewall in order to download.
