Photo-editing is a fact of life in the 'modern' age...and i find it surprising that there are still people that take issue with it.Clearly they are unaware that 'photo-manipulation' has existed basically from the dawn of photography....

Ask any film photographer who has ever worked in a dark room...

I would just like to ask those who are of that 'straight from the cam' mindset...was it  'cheating' somehow, to move my hands around to dodge and burn?
