Great link, Mocap. Definately worth clicking on the Hi-REZ button to get the larger images. Should give everyone a target of realism to aim for. I like the care they took to make them look like "real" people, not just handsome and beautiful Hollywood types... I read that they used tons of high-rez photos of real people and composited them into specific characters, taking pieces from different photos. The production staff keep the photo albums close-at-hand as references. Like any good animation company, I think they use the hi-rez stuff only for close-ups, and have lower-rez versions for long shots, etc...
