When I try to download G2 James, the Serial Number form doesn't recognize my P6 serial number...I keep getting an "invalid or incorrect Serial Number" error message. I've double-checked my typing, and made sure I included the hyphens.
Since P6 was released, I've downloaded all the Service Releases from CP, and never had a problem like this before. Has anyone got any idea what's going on?
I'm having the same problem...and this is the first time I've had a problem ever....I was one of th pre-order people with the winter queen edition....I wonder if that is the problem?
