The only other thing I'm thinking is that you don't have the files in the right place. If I remember correctly a few of Koz's hair aren't unzipped in runtime structure and you have to place the files manually into the proper folders.

Here is a link to an image that shows the structure of a runtime and where you find/place certain files.

Go through your Poser 6 runtime and make sure you have the Koz hair files in the proper place.
