Subject: something that puzzles me

Cannot upload an image after 1 day and 13 hours so the site tells me. How can that be?

Dianthus ( ) posted Wed, 13 September 2006 at 1:34 AM

Hi Coppens,

Thats unusual. You can upload an image after 12md and the beginning of a new calendar day. Just one image for that day unless you pay to be able to upload three in a day. I will go and message you and see if i can help.

Hi Dan,

Just tried to upload a photo but the problem persists. I click on "upload" and get  "You have reached the maximum images you can upload in one day."

Wonder how this can happen. Little bug somewhere, I guess.

Regards,

George "Coppens"

I fixed the problem. It needed one more step in the uploading process! Thanks for your help!

Oh i had this happen to me once. It was lying "dorment" under my homepage after i had foolishness decided to preview the photo before uploading it, and i had to go there to confirm the upload. Really stupid and i had no idea it was there even. Doug helped me out that time. Glad you managed to figure it out eventually. 😄

Crikey, it happened again!!! I previewed an image before uploading definitively, hit the "continue editing" button and the image disappeared! And again I get the message that I have reached the maximum number of images I can upload in a day. Ther seems to be no way to get to my image to delete it and re-upload it. Something is not quite right here...

Zacko ( ) posted Thu, 21 September 2006 at 1:17 AM

Then i suggest you go to your homepage...and look at the latest upload of yours. It is probably the one you just tried uploading. And from there you can re-edit or delete or whatever you want. That´s how i had to do it the 2 times this happened to me. 😄
