Yep, the only thing you can't do according to the EULA is sell it on ebay.  Whether you've used it or not, you can give away or sell your copy of Poser. EF even has a downloadable transfer of ownership form which you print out to enable the new owner to re-register it in his name (not necessary if the copy of Poser has never been registered)
