As to copyright, if you use daz studio, bryce, etc to create an image, that image is automatically copyright to you. It's yours to do whatever you want with.

You only run into copyright issues if you start out by using someone else's image. No matter how much you modify it, it's still a derivative nad as such is owned by the creator od the original image.
