Had a mega hassle with istockphoto last December....they "lost" my already approved photos...then they wanted me to re-test and re-apply with "new" test photos.  I passed their test 5 or 6 times.  In the midst of my application process they changed their system and they now wanted an electronic copy of my driver's license as photo ID!

I think anyone that hands someone their photo ID over the net is asking for trouble!!!!  BE VERY CAREFUL!!!

I told them to take a hike and delete me and my personal info from their database....I kept getting newsletters from them for months....I emailed them several times and it wasn't until I threatened to take action against them that they finally stopped sending me crap.  But something tells me that my personal info is still in their database.
