if you're interested in trying to dial a face like that yourself, just use v3's morphs to make her eyes bigger and slanted (2, maybe 3 dials), nose smaller (1 or 2 dials), lips fuller and puffier (4 or 5 dials), and cheeks rounder (2 or 3 dials).  and maybe scale her head in x to 104%.  i'm not at a computer with poser, so i can't name the morphs off the top of my head, but there's two upper lip shaping morphs that will give you that kind of cat mouth the first pic has.  add a thorne & sarsa texture, and you're pretty much there.
