The only way I know how to add morphs to clothing is to use "The Tailor". It's a program that works outside of Poser. You import the figure the clothing belongs to, apply the clothing item, then pick the morphs from the figure's body that you want to add to the clothing, then save the clothing item as a figure in your runtime library. Then you go into poser, apply that newly saved item, then turn the dials for the corresponding morphs that you added.
Personally, I find Wardrobe Wizard much better at fitting clothing to a figure. It doesn't add morphs, but it takes away the guesswork and the tedious task of having to add morphs and turn dials in order to only get limited success.
