Really top-notch accomplishment!  Her look is different, whichis a good thing  Wow! Proportions like a real woman!  Who would have thought it! LOL  Over-long in coming, I'm glad someone's finally  trying to achieve it!

Here's a radical, even heretical idea--realistic eyes!  Most 3d CG model eyes are just balls with textures applied.  An eye is a hollow sphere with an iris sittting on a lens behind a cornea, in reality.

I know you probably want to punch me now, but it's just an idea.  It looks great, and I'd love to see the mesh rigged up.   Good luck with that!  I know that is one of the hardest parts to get right.  She looks like she has real promise.
