The first month is pro rated depending on when you sign up for the service, then the subsequent months are during a normal billing cycle from the first of the month to the last day of the month.

 

If you sign up for it during the weekday office hours (System time) then it would be processed by the end of the work day, if its at night during the weekdays it would be the next business day. If its the weekend, it would be the following Monday.
