TOS

Yes you are all right in what you are saying in other threads about the TOS on this site they favour the money spinners and not you’re average Jo Blogs. How to sort it? Simple set up a committee with 12 members and 1 chair person (Members only over 1 year and no admin staff) you decide on the TOS within the laws of the state and check out the laws. All warnings to be lifted everyone starts a new on the new TOS.

 

Also an online check list, each model has a name; an age is given to that model and says if it can contain nudity, also a selection of pictures that are considered boarder line. I guess you will have more to add to the list.

 

This is your site and Renderosity and Bond wear are happy to make the rules and take 50% of your profit so you should have 50% of the say.  A lot of “Artists” are in breach of the TOS including VOM with Naked Nymph I don’t care what anyone says that is a naked child and possibly more in his gallery. So you see the staff have favourites on this site it’s up to you to sort it out or find a new site with a better quality of service and RESPECT for ALL members.  If the mods do not agree then it shows they have no interest in you and lose money, they make enough anyway don’t let that be long term on your work. Oh and U.K vendors do you pay Tax on earnings on this site? Or charge Vat? You all need to take a close look at the Inland Revenue web sites the Tax Man is on his way here so don’t get caught out.
