Are you sure the files are going to the right places?

I never unzip or install my poser  files directly to my runtime folder. I always place them into a folder on my desktop, then I look through the folder to make sure it's in proper runtime structure and if not, then I rearrange the files so that they are in proper runtime structure, then I move the folder to it's final destination.
