Ah, here it is.  Email from Content Paradise, dated 2005.10.10.  Now can someone find an email notification where they mention that such support has been cancelled. Robert

C makes it easy to shoot yourself in the foot. C++ makes it harder, but when you do, you blow your whole leg off.
