That page is meant to show off a forthcoming marketplace product. Look at the page above it, it says "coming soon". However the page is dated 2001, so don't hold your breath. The page also says the products are sold at Renderosity and Daz, but neither store has any products by 3dtolife.

So I think what you are looking at is what's called a "ghost page" - abandoned and in limbo since 2001.
