Ok so we are all supposed too use our own common sense and our own judgement.  Cool I can live with that.

Just one small teeny weeny small problem/question that I see with that.

What happens when a member says something, that is not offensive in their culture, but is in anothers, and they don't flag it?

And then the next thing you know you have someone, who in their culture finds it offensive, running to the moderators too gripe about it?

Their "common sense" wich is based upon the culture you live in, would tell them its ok to use it without a flag.

Do they get warned? Do they get banned? Do they have their post removed, or have a moderator alter it for them?

Without ever being told upfront, that they cannot say this or that with or without a flag?

I mean  its not exactly too fair or ethical too tell someone to use their  own "common sense" and their "own judgement" and then penalize them for doing exactly that.
