Hhmm, this might not work, but, I gotta send a link anyway just in case.  DAZ has a wonderful catwalk set that has beautiful drapes with it.  You can alter the crease and the length.  I've used it a couple of times and one of them I lowered the floor enogh to where it was just the backdrop in the pic.  Might be usable for you.
